The Pastor's Corner

Welcome to the Pastor's Corner!  On behalf of my lovely wife Lady Gayle, and our two children Brindin and Amber, I extend warm greetings to you in the name of Jesus. This is an exciting time to be apart of the Community Baptist Church Family. 

God has faithfully guided us to the completion of our construction and we have returned to our new home.  What a testimony this is to the commitment of God's people.  God has shown himself strong and mighty on our behalf and we are grateful. 

A new facility means a new beginning.  We are starting anew anticipating new opportunities for ministry. All who sense the call of God to get involved through service to others are encouraged to come forth and partner with us.  You are encouraged to join us in worship, fellowship, prayer, and outreach.  We need faithful people who have a desire to serve this present age. 

Moreover, I want to encourage you to spend more time in prayer, in the word of God, and in fellowship with other believers so that you may build up yourselves in the most holy faith. Remember to include fasting in your weekly discipline because some victories will only come by fasting and prayer. 

Furthermore, as we embark upon this new endeavor and begin a new chapter in the life of this fellowship, we go forth expecting a fruitful harvest because John 15:16 says, "We were selected to bear fruit that would remain." 
 
Finally, for your convenience, you may refer to the Pastor's Calendar for my ministry itinerary.  It would be my delight to fellowship with you at any of these occasions.
